You further agree to in no other way misuse www.greatercaa.org Content that appears on this Site, other than those specifically permitted herein or by written agreement with www.greatercaa.org. Unless specifically permitted herein or in writing by www.greatercaa.org, the use of the www.greatercaa.org Content on any other Website or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited.

3. www.greatercaa.org's Ownership Rights. www.greatercaa.org and its licensors own all right, title and interest, including without limitation all worldwide intellectual property rights in the www.greatercaa.org Products and Services, and all such rights to all derivative works or enhancements of, in and to, or relating to, the www.greatercaa.org Products and Services. By entering into this Agreement or by using www.greatercaa.org, You will not acquire any intellectual property or similar rights in the www.greatercaa.org Products or Services other than a limited right to use the Products or Services for Your personal benefit.

            If You Participate as an Advertiser, You are solely responsible for all advertising content You transmit or submit to www.greatercaa.org or through the www.greatercaa.org Advertiser Program, whether created by or for You, including but not limited to: (i) artwork, written content, images, photos, graphics, music, animation, data, text, information, URLs, hypertext links, scripts and the content and material included in such components; and (ii) websites and content proximately reachable from such advertising content (collectively, "Ads"). Prior to providing any Ads and Participating as an Advertiser, You may be required to read and accept additional written terms and conditions governing Your submission of Ads to www.greatercaa.org (the "Advertiser Agreement"). www.greatercaa.org disclaims all liability relating to Your Ads and You agree to indemnify www.greatercaa.org for all loses www.greatercaa.org incurs associated with the Ads.

By submitting Content for advertising to any public area of any www.greatercaa.org Site, You automatically grant to www.greatercaa.org and its affiliates an irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual, fully paid non-exclusive right (including moral rights) and worldwide license to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, communicate to the public, perform, display, and distribute such Content (in whole or in part) and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works (in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content) such Content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses thereof (through multiple tiers).

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and require that the people who use the Site do the same. 13. Miscellaneous. The Terms of Service and the relationship between you and us shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any cause of action that may arise under the Terms of Service shall be commenced and be heard in the appropriate court in the State of North Carolina, Mecklenburg County. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Mecklenburg County in the State of North Carolina. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms of Service by www.greatercaa.org must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of www.greatercaa.org specifically referencing these Terms of Service and the provision to be waived. Headings used in these Terms of Service are for convenience only and are not to be relied upon. If any provision of the Terms of Service is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms of Service remain in full force and effect. These Terms of Service will inure to the benefit of, and are intended to be enforceable by, www.greatercaa.org's successors, assigns and licensees.
15. Legal Disputes

If any dispute arises between You, another Advertiser and/or www.greatercaa.org or any combination thereof, as it relates to www.greatercaa.org and this Agreement, such dispute shall be submitted and settled in accordance with the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, in Mecklenburg County North Carolina and the decision of a single English speaking arbitrator shall be final and binding. 

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between You and www.greatercaa.org, and is accepted by You upon your use of the www.greatercaa.org Site.
