Small Owner/Management Company
A company either owning, operating, or managing multifamily residential housing with 99 units or less in the Greater Charlotte area. GCAA membership and per/unit fees are not transferable in the event of an owner or agent change.

Annual Dues:
- $150 Base Fee + $3.47/unit
- Mandatory Government Affairs Fee: $25
- Membership Dues (unit portion ONLY) will be Prorated from the initial join date to December 31
Owner/Management Company
A company either owning, operating, or managing multifamily residential housing with 100+ units in the Greater Charlotte area. GCAA membership and per/unit fees are not transferable in the event of an owner or agent change.

- $350 Base Fee + $3.47/unit
- Mandatory Government Affairs Fee: $50/Community in your portfolio
- Membership Dues (unit portion ONLY) will be Prorated from the initial join date to December 31

A company owning multifamily residential housing being managed by a separate entity in the Greater Charlotte area. GCAA membership and per/unit fees are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of an owner or agent change.
