Governor Cooper Extends North Carolina’s Modified Stay at Home Order

On Jan. 6, 2021, Governor Cooper extended North Carolina’s Modified Stay at Home Order (EO 188) that requires people to stay at home between 10 pm and 5 am. The Order, along with other strong safety measures like a mask requirement and capacity levels at businesses, took effect on January 08, 2021, at 5:00 pm and will remain in effect through 5:00 pm on January 29, 2021. Click here to review a copy of Executive Order 188.
