The Federal Trade Commission officially published its Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) to establish a Trade Regulation Rule on Unfair or Deceptive Fees (Docket No. FTC-2023-0064). Formal publication in the Federal Register starts the 60-day comment period.
