Among the report's findings, baby boomers are the most rooted, with over a third having stayed in their rental homes for at least a decade. In contrast, Gen Z renters are the most mobile, with more than half having lived in their current homes for less than a year. These insights highlight the evolving dynamics of the rental market across different generations.
