Valet Trash Update Dec 2021

On December 14, 2021,The North Carolina Building Code Council (BCC) approved to extend the deadline for companies to have fire retardant receptacles in place from June 2022 to June 2023. This approval is contingent upon the NC Valet Trash Association providing proof and documentation to substantiate its claim that shipping and supply chain issues have prohibited valet trash companies from meeting the previously set deadlines.
