Jami Anderson

Jami is the Director of Training and Support for Middleburg Communities. She started her career in the multi-family industry in 2009, after touring a community for a new place to live. Throughout her career, Jami has gained extensive experience in various roles including leasing, management, marketing and training. Jami has a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by industry professionals, and is passionate about finding innovative solutions and providing support to help them succeed. She is a graduate of the GCAA's 2019 Leadership Lyceum class, is the Chair of the DE&I committee, serves on the Education Advisory Council and as a volunteer instructor.

Originally from Greensboro, NC, Jami graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2005 with a degree in Psychology. After graduation, she headed west to live in Denver, CO, and continued moving around the western states to places such as Laramie, WY, and Las Vegas, NV, before returning to North Carolina in 2015. She currently resides in Davidson with her husband and two beautiful daughters.
