Maryam Zeledon

Maryam Zeledon joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Company in 2007. As a Regional Property Manager, she oversees all aspects of operations for a portfolio of apartment communities in the Southeast Region. She has 16 years of property management experience, having worked with Marsh Properties previously, among other property management companies. Maryam holds a CAM designation, is a graduate of the GCAA Leadership Lyceum program and has co-chaired the Green committee at the GCAA as well as served on other committees within the GCAA.
