Michael Spah

Mike Spah started his career in Multi-family Housing with Ginkgo Residential as a make-ready technician in 2006. Mike’s career has progressed from Technician to Service Manager, Senior Service Manager, Renovation Coordinator, Regional Service Manager, and now to Large Capital Project Associate. Mike has earned his EPA 608 Universal Certification, Certified Pool Operator, CAMT, and Leadership Lyceum with the GCAA. Being newly elected to the Board of Directors and Co-chair of the Multi-Family Career Awareness Committee, MCAC, Mike looks to show the next generation everything our Industry has to offer. Mike enjoys spending time with family, fishing, traveling, and reading.
