Mike Fox

“Mike Fox has worked in the facilities maintenance side of the multi-family industry for 23 years in various markets throughout the southeast. He is currently the Director of Maintenance Training & Certifications with Northwood Ravin. Mike is responsible for the technical education, onboarding & development of 85+ service team member for all Northwood Ravin communities. Prior to this, he spent 15+ years with Greystar in various service related positions from Groundskeeper to the Regional Maintenance Manager position. Mike also has a background in new development as well as property re-development. He has a passion and focus for individual and team growth with an emphasis on building strong relationships. Mike’s certifications include the CAMT designation, EPA 608, OSHA 10, Master PM Technician, Certified Pool Inspector, Certified Pool Operator, national and NC state CPO Instructor, NAA CAMT Facilitator, and Proctor through the Esco Institute. Mike has recently become a member of the GCAA Board of Directors.”
