Patrick Johnson

Patrick is an attorney with Hatch, Little & Bunn, LLP and concentrates his practice exclusively on the representation of residential landlords, property owners, investors, and management companies throughout the State of North Carolina, including eviction representation in Small Claims and District Court, fair housing defense, operational compliance, real estate litigation, business litigation, commercial collections, contract review and drafting, and day-to-day legal advice. Patrick has served as a Board Member of the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association since 2020, including serving as the chair of the Government Affairs Committee from 2021 – 2023, and serves on the board of the Rental Housing Alliance Political Action Committee.
