Selection takes place at the October 29th Suppliers Council Meeting - virtual or in person.
After the 29th this selection happens on this page.

Payment for Trade Show Exhibit Spaces

· Make your selection.
· Your $100 exhibit space deposit must be paid through the GCAA website.
· All final exhibit space payments are due on or before January 31, 2025.
· Spaces secured after 5 pm on January 31^st require immediate/full payment.
· Unpaid exhibit spaces are subject to cancellation. 

Following your exhibit space reservation, the following will be sent via email.

· Trade Show Exhibitor Packet
· Exhibitor Service Kit (Carpet, Furniture, etc. from Viper Trade Show Services)
· Ancillary Services Form (Electricity and Internet at Park Expo)
· Exhibit Space Worker Registration Form

 Trade Show Exhibit Space Cancellations

Cancellations after January 31^st
Are responsible for 50% of the total exhibit space cost.

Cancellations after March 2^nd
Are responsible for 100% of the exhibit space cost.
