Requirements

To obtain the CAM credential, candidates must complete the following.

  • Minimum of 12 months of onsite property management experience
  • Successful Completion of all CAM coursework (totaling 40 hours)
  • Meet all examination standards within 6 months of declaring candidacy

October Dates: 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 · 9 AM - 5 PM
Review Session: October 31st ‚ 9 AM-12 PM

· Tuition must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the class start date.
