2024 CAPS Designation Course

CAPS WILL ONLY BE OFFERED ONCE IN 2024!!

To obtain the CAPS credential, candidates must complete the following:

  • Minimum of 24 months employment as a multi-site supervisor or being either a CAM, ARM, or RAM credential holder in good standing.
  • Successful completion of all CAPS coursework (totaling 40 hours)
  • Meet all examination standards within 12 months of declaring candidacy

Curriculum Includes:

· Talent Development and Contemporary Issues in Multifamily Housing
· Client Services and Stakeholder Relations
· Asset Evaluation and Preservation
· Investment Management 
· Improving Asset Performance

GCAA Event Cancellation Policy:

Dinner Meetings/Seminars · Must be made (either online, via email, or by phone) by the deadline published for each event on the GCAA’s website calendar.
NAA Education Classes · Registration and/or cancellation in writing only at least 14 days before the initial scheduled class.

Cost:

$1,180* for GCAA Members  

$1,535 for Non-Members
 Payment Policy

Tuition must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the class start date. 

GCAA Members may take advantage of the Easy Pay Installment Plan, which breaks your tuition for CAPS into 4 payments. Please email Lonnie Harris for additional details.

High School Student & Veteran Discount: GCAA offers 15% off to high school, college students and Veterans. Please email melody@greatercaa.org for details. 
Cancellation Policy

No Cancellations & No Refunds will be available for any NAAEI Credential courses.  No-shows will be responsible for full tuition.


Late registrants (up to 3 days prior to class) will incur a $50 fee for rush shipping of course materials.
