GCAA's 2023 Board President, John DeMario

John DeMario is a Regional Vice President for RKW  Residential overseeing operations for a portfolio   of communities throughout the Carolinas. He   brings over 18 years of experience in the   multifamily industry and has worked with senior,   mixed income, affordable, LIHTC and   conventional   housing communities. Prior to joining RKW, John was a Regional   Director  for WRH Realty where he provided   guidance a   portfolio of manager and working  closely with   asset managers to implement   operational  strategies and ensure financial   performance.  

GCAA's 2024 Board President-Elect, Gabrielle Bouknight

Gabrielle Bouknight joined HHHunt in 2007 and is an HRBP and an HHHunt University Learning & Development team lead. She oversees the Employee Ambassador Team and leads the onboarding initiatives for the company, providing a quality work experience and engagement for team members. She has been awarded Property Manager of the Year and the Team Excellence Award.

Gabrielle earned her CAPS designation in 2017, and in 2018 received her NAAEI Advanced Facilitator Certification. In her spare time, Gabrielle enjoys traveling and outdoor sports. She is an avid hiker and combines this passion with raising money for the Make-A-Wish Trailblaze Challenge, granting wishes to critically ill children.
