Cabarrus, Stanly, and Union Counties Transition to eCourts

Starting this week, North Carolina’s online court system will cover Track 6 counties, which include Cabarrus, Stanly, and Union, and move from paper to online filings. Paper court filings will be dated as the filing date but will be added to the Index to Judgements as they are added into Odyssey. Documents won’t be indexed during the transition period. Users should expect delays for court filings in Odyssey.
