Charlotte Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Portal Remains Open for Questions

A public portal for posting UDO questions is open and can be found here. This is a platform where you can ask City staff UDO questions or to seek clarity on anything in the UDO. Answers will be posted. The site has been converted to a UDO question portal which will look like the previous portal where folks submitted comments during the UDO draft period. Staff asks users to be as detailed as possible and to provide section references or page numbers from the UDO along with your questions/comments. Doing this will also help avoid delays in responses.
