Charlotte Unified Development Ordinance Update

The City Planning Department announced a new timeline that pushes back the comment period of the UDO from January 14, 2022 to March 18, 2022. The reason given was because of the complexity of the 608-page draft document. The second draft will now come out in May 2022.
