To obtain the CAPS credential, candidates must complete the following:

  • Minimum of 24 months employment as a multi-site supervisor or be either a CAM, ARM or RAM credential holder in good standing.
  • Successful completion of all CAPS course work (totaling 40 hours)
  • Meet all examination standards within 12 months of declaring candidacy

Curriculum Includes:

  • Talent Development and Contemporary Issues in Multifamily Housing

  • Client Services and Stakeholder Relations

  • Asset Evaluation and Preservation

  • Investment Management 

  • Improving Asset Performance

Cost:

$1,070* for GCAA Members  

$1,395 for Non-Members
 Payment Policy

Tuition must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the class start date. 

GCAA Members may take advantage of the Easy Pay Installment Plan, which breaks your tuition for CAPS into 4 payments. Please email Lonnie Harris for additional details.

High School Student & Veteran Discount: GCAA offers 15% off to high school, college students and Veterans. Please email Shelby Hughes for details. 
Cancellation Policy

No Cancellations & No Refunds will be available for any NAAEI Credential courses.  No-shows will be responsible for full tuition.


Late registrants (up to 3 days prior to class) will incur a $50 fee for rush shipping of course materials.
