GCAA · Hurricane Helene Rental Assistance Fund
$250K Assistance Fund · Distributed to Approved Housing Providers
The Greater Charlotte Apartment Association (GCAA) has established a rental assistance fund to aid its members in providing housing for families affected by Hurricane Helene in Western North Carolina.
The $250,000 fund will offer direct payments to rental housing owners who provide short or long-term housing to families relocating from specific storm-ravaged counties in Western NC.

Education - Seminars and workshops are offered to our members on topics like Fair Housing, Pool School, Leasing, Legal, HVAC Training, and Smoke-Free Housing. Check our calendar for NAAEI Credential Courses. CALP, CAM & CAS are offered in the Spring and Fall. CAMT & CAPS are offered once in the Spring.
General Meetings - From the Forecast Breakfast in February to the November Annual Meeting, GCAA hosts a variety of topics at our general meetings throughout the year. Here our industry professional members enjoy networking and industry-related topics and programs.
Committee Meetings - GCAA activities are frequently directed and completed by the volunteer efforts of association members. For areas that require ongoing and specific attention, committees or councils have been formed. Volunteer involvement in one or more of these groups gives members the opportunity to impact GCAA business and decision-making, as well as the chance to meet and interact with their industry colleagues. Reservation/Cancellation Policies For GCAA Events:
Dinner Meetings/Seminars: Reservations/cancellations must be made (either online, via email, or by phone) by the deadline published for each event on the GCAA’s website calendar (www.greatercaa.org).
NAA Education Classes: Registration and/or cancellation in writing only at least 14 days prior to initial scheduled class.
For all GCAA events: No-shows and late cancellations (48 hours in advance) will be invoiced.

All membership applications for the GCAA must be approved by the Board of Directors. All memberships are company based and individuals cannot join GCAA.
