Join us for the GCAA's February Dinner Meeting!!!
We will install the new GCAA Education Foundation Board Chair, Jonathan Tee with Paragon Services Group, the new Rental Housing Alliance PAC Board Chair, Lisa Taylor with Greystar, celebrate all NAAEI credential recipients for 2020 & 2021 and be introduced to our newest GCAA members.
We will also hear a special message from Toni Blake. Nicknamed, "Totally Toni", she will speak on the power of resilience. Challenging times require us to rebound quickly. The new normal is not normal. Toni Blake presents a clear action plan and proven techniques for dealing with constant change.
Her empowering message focuses on practicing resilience in our interactions, written and spoken communication, delegation, listening and goal planning for optimal teamwork.

About the Speaker:
Toni Blake knows how to lease apartments. She has been either leasing apartments or designing leasing training for others since 1978. She is a popular international speaker, consultant, author and comedienne inspiring thousands of apartment professionals every year. Toni is the only apartment speaker to tour as both a professional Comedian and speaker from 1992 – 1998 gracing the stages at Comic Relief, Catch a Rising Star, Comedy Underground and Laugh Factory to name a few.
