Multi-Family Service Update
Dear Property Manager/Owner, please be on the lookout for important information in the mail from the City of Charlotte. Information will be tailored to your community.
The City has scheduled two drop-in meetings if you would like to stop by and ask any questions, need clarification of services provided, or to request educational recycling materials provided by Mecklenburg County.
Drop-in Meeting Times

Thursday, June 7, 2018 1:00pm-4:00pm

Questions regarding collection services may also be emailed to multifamily@charlottenc.gov.
Additional communications are forthcoming to advise you of the removal of the current vendor’s recycle carts and delivery of new vendor provided recycle carts. You may experience a brief overlap of having both vendors carts. Continue using current carts through June 30th.
