Iredell County Residents Receive New Property Assessments

Iredell County residents recently received property assessment notices detailing the newly assessed value of their homes. These were assessments and not bills. In the last four years since the last revaluation, residential values grew by about 60% and commercial by about 40%. But to-be-determined town and county tax rates will decide how much residents pay.
