Office of Multifamily at HUD Releases Update to Stakeholder Questions and Answers COVID-19 Resource

On Oct. 14, the Office of Multifamily at HUD released an update of its Multifamily Stakeholder Questions and Answers COVID-19 Resource which is intended to provide guidance and clarification of HUD’s policies such as tenant income calculations for HUD assisted Multifamily housing, Multifamily Emergency/Disaster Guidance, Resident Health, The CARES Act and implementation of Forbearance provisions and much more.  Click here to access the resource.
