Ramp Up Your Advocacy: Back the PAC!

Advocacy is standing up and sharing your story for the rental housing industry. Having your voice heard is not only important to the industry’s success, it’s easier than you may think! Last year, the GCAA missed the mark on its NAAPAC fair share by $5,000. We don't want to miss it in 2023. Your PAC dollars can really add up and we hope you’ll kick off this new year by backing the NAAPAC with a small or large donation! Those donations will qualify you for raffles and drawings throughout the year.

One more thing you can do is offer up your property for a legislative tour to show policymakers what goes into operating an apartment community. Exposing your elected officials to the people, places, and businesses that their legislation impacts is the best way to build a lasting and meaningful relationship.
